The name Hǐkto Lekhǐ Birěkhka is derived from the Constructi language, as Hǐkto Lekhǐ Birěkhka was founded by Yi-60k 'Dewey' Trënhesí, who was culturaly Constructi.

Climate

Hǐkto Lekhǐ Birěkhka was founded durring the late 14th century in winter of the year 1289, by Yi-60k 'Dewey' Trënhesí. The establishment of Hǐkto Lekhǐ Birěkhka was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Yi-60k 'Dewey' Trënhesí struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Hǐkto Lekhǐ Birěkhka as a prison colony.

Hǐkto Lekhǐ Birěkhka was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Hǐkto Lekhǐ Birěkhka is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Hǐkto Lekhǐ Birěkhka is buildings are arranged arround a network of spacious canals streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town has a fortified albit thin brick wall. Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.

The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.
